Reservice Process & Costs


Service Express take the quality of our repairs very seriously. We thoroughly test all repaired equipment before releasing it to a customer. Unfortunately there are an unavoidable percentage of products that will fail after being repaired, either due to replacement parts failure or movement in transit.

In cases where a reservice is warranted, we will send out a courier pack, book in and fully assess your equipment for the reported fault. In cases where a warrantable fault is found, there will be no cost for the customer 

If equipment is sent in to us for a reservice and no fault is found with the product, or the fault is found to be non-warranty or not insured then costs will apply.

The costs that will be payable before we release the goods will cover:

  • Two way freight
  • Diagnosis 
  • Administrative charges
