Redirecting to Olympus


Some retail outlets have been experiencing an issue where they are redirected to Olympus when they call our dedicated 1300 number.

This issue is due to your internal phone systems being redirected by your phone provider. Please use an external phone system (such as a mobile phone) to reach our support hotline.

If you are experiencing this issue, please inform your phone provider (head office) that you are being redirected to Olympus when you call Service Express, and they will be able to assist you in resolving the issue.
